All prices quoted on this website and in our survey quotations are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate of 20%. We are a VAT-registered business and will provide a full VAT invoice upon completion of your installation. If you require a breakdown of the net and VAT amounts for your own records, please request this from our office.

Strip-out of the existing kitchen is included within our standard installation quote at no additional charge, covering the removal of all existing cabinets, plinths, cornices, and worktops. We will also disconnect the existing sink from the water supply before the plumber makes the permanent connections. Disposal of the stripped-out kitchen is included; if you wish to retain any elements for reuse or donation, please let us know before the installation begins.

Beyond the kitchen itself and our installation fee, the most common additional costs are plumbing (typically £300–£600 for a straightforward kitchen), electrical work (£200–£500 for sockets, lighting, and appliance connections), and tiling (variable depending on area). If your walls or floor require remedial work after strip-out, there may be plastering or flooring costs to factor in. We will flag any issues we identify at the survey stage so you can budget accordingly.
