On the final day of installation, our lead fitter will carry out a full snagging walk-round with you, checking every door, drawer, hinge, and fitting for alignment, function, and finish. Any items that do not meet our standard will be adjusted or replaced on the spot where possible, or flagged for a follow-up visit if a replacement part is required. We ask you to sign off the completed installation only when you are fully satisfied, and we remain available to return for any warranty-related issues within the first twelve months.

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installation work, covering any defects arising from the fitting process such as carcasses becoming unlevel, hinges failing, or plinths coming loose. This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer's warranty provided by your kitchen supplier, which typically covers the product itself for a period of 5–25 years depending on the brand. Any warranty claim should be reported to us in writing, and we will arrange a remedial visit within 10 working days.
