This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer's warranty provided by your kitchen supplier, which typically covers the product itself for a period of 5–25 years depending on the brand. Any warranty claim should be reported to us in writing, and we will arrange a remedial visit within 10 working days.

Strip-out of the existing kitchen is included within our standard installation quote at no additional charge, covering the removal of all existing cabinets, plinths, cornices, and worktops. We will also disconnect the existing sink from the water supply before the plumber makes the permanent connections. Disposal of the stripped-out kitchen is included; if you wish to retain any elements for reuse or donation, please let us know before the installation begins.
