We take every care to protect your home and your kitchen components throughout the installation, and we are fully insured for accidental damage to property. In the rare event that a cabinet door, panel, or worktop is damaged during fitting, we will report this to you immediately and work with your retailer or our own suppliers to arrange a prompt replacement. Any damage caused by our team will be rectified at no cost to you, and we will not consider the project complete until you are entirely satisfied with the finished result.

The typical sequence begins with the pre-installation survey, followed by ordering the kitchen and booking the installation date. On the first day of installation we strip out the old kitchen and carry out a dry fit of all new carcasses; the plumber then first fixes the pipework. We then permanently fix and level all carcasses, fit the worktops (which may require a separate stone templating visit), and the plumber second-fixes the sink and tap. Finally we fit all doors, drawers, handles, plinths, cornices, and integrated appliances, and the electrician completes their connections before we carry out a final snagging check.

Yes, during the installation period you will not have access to a fully functioning kitchen, and you should plan meals and access to water accordingly. Most installations take between 3 and 10 days depending on size; we recommend setting up a temporary kitchen area with a kettle, microwave, and access to cold water in another room. We work as efficiently as possible to minimise the disruption period, and we will give you a clear daily progress update so you always know where the project stands.

You do not need to be present throughout the entire installation, but we do ask that a responsible adult is available at the start of each day to grant access and at the end of each day for a progress review. It is also important that someone is available to make decisions about any unforeseen issues that arise during the fit — for example, if a wall turns out to be in a different position to the plan, we may need guidance on how to proceed. We will always call ahead if we need to discuss anything urgently.
