Yes, the existing kitchen must be fully stripped out before we can begin fitting the new one, and this stripping-out work is included in our standard installation service at no additional charge. If there is significant remedial work to the walls, floor, or ceiling revealed after strip-out — such as damaged plaster or rotten floorboards — this will need to be addressed by a plasterer or builder before we can proceed, and we will advise you of this during the survey where possible.

We also connect the sink and tap to existing supplies, fit integrated appliances, and complete all scribing and infill panels for a neat, professional finish. Worktop templating and fitting is included where we are supplying the worktop; if you are supplying your own we will still fit it as part of the service.
